Inside Engineering
AG Ethiopia is the authorised Ethiopian distributor of AG Lubricants® — engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic fluids and brake fluid blended in the United Arab Emirates to ISO 9001:2015, and stocked for the conditions our operators actually work in.

01 / The range
From a half-litre bottle of brake fluid to a 20-litre pail of hydraulic oil, every AG Lubricants grade comes out of the same ISO 9001:2015 certified plant.

View range02 / Why AG
Sustained climbs at 2,000–3,000 m put engines under load for far longer than a European drive cycle. Our heavy-duty grades are specified with that thermal load in mind.
Detergent and dispersant levels are set for high particulate ingress, so soot and silica stay suspended instead of polishing bores.
Oil changes slip. We build oxidation margin into the formulation so a late drain is a missed service, not a failed engine.
0.5 L brake fluid through to 20 L hydraulic pails — sized for roadside sellers, workshops and plant stores alike.

03 / Who we serve
Different duty cycles, different failure modes. We map the grade to the machine rather than selling one oil into every port.
Long-haul corridors, distribution fleets and intercity buses running hard hours on mixed road surfaces.
Tractors, harvesters and irrigation pumps — one universal fluid where it makes sense, dedicated grades where it does not.
Excavators, loaders and crushers where hydraulics run hot and bearings take constant shock loading.
Compressors, gearboxes, circulating systems and machine tools across food, textile and cement plants.
Standby and prime-power generator sets that have to start and hold load the moment the grid drops.
Independent garages, fast-fit bays and parts retailers who need stock that turns and margin that holds.
04 / Quality
01
Group II and Group III base stocks and additive packages come from established international suppliers, with documentation held against every consignment.
02
Automated dosing, in-line heating and closed transfer keep ratios and cleanliness inside tolerance from tank to filling head.
03
Viscosity, density, flash point, TBN and appearance are checked on every batch. Retained samples stay on file so any drum can be traced back.
05 / Distribution
Nine regional hubs and an appointed distributor network put stocked lines within a day’s drive of most major corridors — so a workshop is not waiting a week for a drum of 20W-50.
Answer two questions about the machine and how it is worked, and the grade finder narrows the range down to the grade that fits — with the reasoning shown, so you can check it against your handbook.
Send us your fleet list, machine schedule or an OEM handbook page, and our technical team will come back with a grade recommendation, pack sizes and an indicative price.
