Privacy notice
What this website collects, what it does not, and who to contact about it.
This notice describes how the website is actually built. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and does not cover how AG Ethiopia handles personal data away from the website — in its sales, distribution or employment activity. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.
What this website collects
Nothing is collected by this website. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tag manager and no third-party tracker on any page. No cookies are set.
What is stored in your browser
One item: your light or dark theme preference, saved in your browser’s localStorage under the key ag-theme. It never leaves your device, it is not readable by us, and clearing your browser data removes it. If your browser blocks storage, the site falls back to your operating system’s preference and works normally.
The contact and application forms
The enquiry, distributor application and newsletter forms do not send anything to a server. When you submit one, the details you typed are handed to your own email application as a pre-filled message. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your email client, and nothing is stored by this website at any point.
Once you send that email, the information in it reaches us the same way any email does, and is handled under our ordinary business correspondence practice.
Third-party requests
There are none. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this site’s own domain, so loading a page does not tell any other company that you visited.
Server logs
Whoever hosts this site will keep standard web server logs, which typically include IP addresses, timestamps and requested pages. That is outside this website’s code. Ask the operator named below for the current hosting arrangement.
Your rights and who to contact
