Terms of use
The terms that apply to using this website.
These terms cover use of the website only. They are not terms of sale, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have them reviewed, and put separate terms of sale in place, before relying on either.
About this site
This website is operated by AG Ethiopia. Using it means accepting the terms on this page.
Product information is indicative
Product descriptions, specifications, performance categories and pack sizes on this site are published in good faith as a guide. They are not a warranty, and they are not a substitute for the current technical data sheet for a given grade.
Before filling any machine, confirm the grade against the machine builder’s own recommendation and against the current technical data sheet, which we will send on request. Where the two disagree, the builder’s specification governs.
The grade finder
The grade finder narrows our range to a likely match from two answers. It cannot account for your machine’s handbook, service history, operating temperature or condition. Treat its output as a starting point for a conversation, not as a specification.
No advice relationship
Nothing on this site constitutes technical, commercial or legal advice for your specific situation. Where you need a recommendation you can rely on, contact us and we will give you one in writing against the details of your operation.
Availability
We do not guarantee that this site will be available without interruption, or that its content is complete and current at every moment. Pages may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
